Buteyko Breathing Method

The Buteyko Breathing Method is an scientifically-backed technique that focuses on restoring natural, efficient breathing patterns through nasal breathing, reduced breath volume, and controlled pauses. By retraining your body to breathe more effectively, it helps balance oxygen levels and promote overall respiratory health. Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes and is customized to your individual needs.
This method is particularly effective in managing conditions like asthma, anxiety, and insomnia by reducing over-breathing and calming the nervous system. It is also the only evidence-based non-medicinal treatment for asthma.
