Personalized breathing re-education protocol based on the Buteyko method and modern respiratory physiology. For anxiety, asthma, insomnia, panic attacks, stress regulation and general well-being.

KATHARSIS
Intensive retreats for embodied transformation

Immersive one or multi-day retreats integrating breathwork, somatic practices, and relational awareness. A multidisciplinary intensive designed around the three pillars of The Joyful Breath.
